the Sihnon Trading company,"  says the somber looking news report who breaks into the mid-afternoon
broadcast to bring the latest news.  "Our sources tell us that a pair of masked and armed robbers
brought trading to a stand still this afternoon in what appears to be a localized incident of violence.
The armed robbers were apparently wearing vests containing explosives of some sort and, with
weapons aimed at the clerks and customers, herded the customers into one area where they were tied in
a group and kept under guard while the building's cash and credit boxes were emptied."  The reporter
continues to speak in a somber voice, "The exact amount of stolen goods and money has not been
confirmed, but our sources indicate that jewlery and other small precious and high value items were
also lifted.  The clerks were then subdued with the customers and the robbers exited the shop without
being stopped by the local security."   Tapping the news sheets together briskly the reporter continues
with, "This is just the latest in what our experts are calling a upsurge of criminal activity that has swept
the core," a tactful pause, "- and non core - worlds since the prison break several months ago.."

Identified how:  Several of the jewelry pieces that were stolen were carbon-tagged and flagged when
they were pawned on Ariel. Security feed from the pawn shop on ariel identified the seller as a frequent
'customer'.

Goal:  Find Tulio and pressure him to flip on the robbers.

Alliance criminal intel:  Ralph Halloway -- time served on APC-088 for armed robberty & 2nd degree
murder - Blonde/Green, 6'1, 215, several tattoos, low quality: barbed wire encircling right bicep and a
laughing skull on left bicep.
Lou Santiago - time served on APC-088 for armed robbery & 2nd degree murder - Black/Brown, 5'5",
165, no tattoos, distinctive scar observed along the subjects neck angling from below left ear, across
front of neck and down chest.
Know associates:  subjects are suspected to be allied with a uncounted number of dissidents who were
released from APC-088 but not integrated into the PC or the remnants of the Browncoat movement.

Projected outcome:  Halloway/Santiago delivered the funds/goods etc at a dead drop, were paid a hefty
'finders fee' for pulling the job, they didn't ask why they were asked to pull off the robbery, it was a
challenge.
