  26. Raid Times
  27. - Titans of War raids on Mondays and Tuesdays from 8pm EST to 12pm EST.
  28.  ‌‌
  29. 2.
  30. Sign-ups
  31. - Sign up for raids when you are requested to do so in the relevant sign-up sheet posted in discord.
  32.  ‌‌
  33. 3.
  34. Raid Attendance
  35. - Attendance is tracked for all raids scheduled on the main raid days listed above.
  36. If more than one raid is scheduled on the same raid day the attendance for each raid is tracked separately. So, if we do BWL, MC and Onyxia on a Monday that counts as 3 different raids on our attendance tracker.
  37. - Everyone who shows up to a raid is given attendance, even if they are asked to or volunteer to sit out the raid.
  38. - Unexcused and excused absences are tracked separately. Always use the raid absence discord channel to let us know if you are not coming to a raid.
  39. 4.
  40. Loot Distribution
  41. - Titans of War uses a loot council to distribute loot.
  42.
  43. - If you want to put in for an item, link the current item you are using after the master looter has linked the item that dropped. Make sure to mention any set bonuses you would recieve with the new item.
  44. - All drops are tracked and color-coded by what we view as their value.
  45.
  46. - The loot council weighs raid performance>upgrade value>attendance>seniority when deciding who gets a specific item.
  47. - In general, trials are considered behind members when it comes to loot distribution. However, the loot council is free to disregard this rule.
  48. - When distributing PvP gear, to what extent the item in question will be used in PvP by the item recipient is the loot council’s second most important consideration after raid performance.
  49.  ‌‌
  50. 5.
  51. The Trial Period
  52. - The trial period lasts from 3 to 5 weeks, starting from when we receive the trial application. Under special circumstances the trial period can be lengthened or shortened.
  53. - During the trial period trials are expected to finish their pre-raid BiS if needed. For the loot council, the upgrade value of a raid drop will be considered from the baseline of the pre-raid BiS, even if a trialist does not have the pre-raid BiS item.
  54. - Trials are expected to have at the very least 80% attendance and no unexcused absences during their trial period.
  55. - Raid performance is the most important factor looked at when we deliberate on the question of trial promotions.
  56. 6.
  57. Raid Preparation
  58. SEE CONSUMES DOC
  59. - There will a minimum list of consumes for every raid.
  60. - Full consumables are mandatory for progression, each class will have a different set of required consumes.
  61. - There will raids when world buffs/full consumes are mandatory to push clear times.
  62. - What you do to improve your own performance beyond what is stated as mandatory will be noticed by the officers and will be a factor when we consider your raid performance.

  70. Raid Stats
  71. - Looking at instance clear times, boss kill times and individual performance by the raid stats is how we can tell if the guild is improving. All members should be interested in improving these numbers, step by step.
