What is the foundation?

The foundation is a SCP foundation. They contain and guard SCPs (Alien like things with un-natural powers). The foundation also contains Class-Ds (Human test subjects) which they use to test out the powers the SCPs have.

Name 3 Safe Class SCPs, their nicknames and give a brief summary of what they do.

[SCP-914] - "The Clockworks" SCP-914 is what looks like a huge machine. It has both an intake and an output booth. When something is placed in the intake booth and the button is pressed it well change/refine the object placed in the intake booth. It has a knob which can be turned to change how the object is refined.
[SCP-099] - "The Portrait" the original painting possesses memetic properties that trigger acute paranoia and lingering psychological effects when viewed for too long.
[SCP-005] - "Skeleton Key" SCP-005 is a golden
traditionally shaped key that has the ability to unlock and open any door that posses a lock. 005 also works on scanners, not just normal locks.
