- 2 cups sugar
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp cocoa
- 6-8 tbsp peanut butter
- In a glass bowl, melt butter. Add cocoa, 2 tbsp sugar, and peanut butter; mix.
- To another glass bowl add the rest of the sugar, and just enough water to moisten all of it. Heat until syrup begins to turn golden, stirring every ~30 seconds.
- Syrup will get continue to darken after heating; stir in cocoa/peanut butter mixture, combine thoroughly.
- Line a pan with foil (shiny side up) and spread mixture on it, lightly salt entire surface. Move to refrigerator to set (at least fifteen minutes.)
