Welcome to the 3rd Infantry Battalion also known as the 3rdIB. We are a new unit founded in early March 2018. Here, our goal is to achieve the best British military simulation in Arma III. We are ran by three experienced realism unit players, who are striving to make our unit a better place.

[h1]Operations and Campaigns[/h1]
At 3rdIB, our focus is campaigns. We do long campaigns varying from patrols to finding intelligence to humanitarian missions. To mix our variety up a touch, we also feature fun operations and extra training days just to keep the unit active.

[h1]Requirements[/h1]
If you are interested in joining our realism unit then come a long and apply at our website found below! However, you must meet certain requirements in order to keep our unit in clean and professional shape.
•	You must be at or over the age limit of 15 years.
•	You must maintain a mature standard.
•	You must be willing to attend at least 1 operation a week.
•	You must willing to download our modpack which is at least 10 gigabytes and more.

[h1]Recruitment Process[/h1]
To successfully join the unit, you shall do these things.
•	Submit an application on our forums using the template found in the recruitment section and wait for it to be responded to accordingly.
•	Complete a verbal interview with an Army Careers Advisor or Army Careers Staff
•	Complete your training with a valid certified instructor.

[h1]Timezones and Operation Times[/h1]
Our unit operates under the Greenwich Mean Timezone or British Standard Time. Our operations consist of briefing starting at 7:30pm and deployment being at 8pm.
