personality on screen: Chanseok on the internet is a massive meme; meme dealer, sharer, anything to do with memes or trends, he's in. He always posts old outdated memes to annoy the crap outta everyone, or says the weirdest things to make people laugh. He also makes fun of people a lot on the internet, his humor is more towards the offensive side, as he's always poking fun at people. This means that he can be a little bit of a bully, but he feels really bad if he pushes it too far. He's the type of person who re-tweets Jaiden Smith's tweets, and loves to send people minion memes ironically. Although, if one of his internet friends are having problems or if it comes down to an important situation with someone online, Chanseok can be a very logical and down to earth person, like he is in real life. Chanseok also is a massive Hyoyeon fan, and always tweets random stuff about her. (;P) He also thinks of the internet as a place to go when he is bored; he has two friends in real life, as his father was very strict about friends.

personality irl: Chanseok is a very chill and laid-back person, but under stress can become a nervous wreck. He is a very calm, quiet person, but around his two friends, he is just like he is on the internet; a memey mess. He works as a mechanic and a cook at a local restaurant, so he known quite well by the community, although he doesn't interact much with others. Chanseok is also a sweetheart; the type of person who would walk an elderly lady across the street and buy a kid an ice-cream if they dropped theirs, he really cares for people, especially the young, the elderly, and ladies.

Despite the dreamy sweetheart attitude, he can become a hulk like monster when made angry. It takes a lot for him to become angry, and usually he is sad, then angry, but he takes the anger out on himself most of the time, bashing himself up mentally for what either himself or other people had done to him. He feels like he is at fault most of the time, because his father always said that it was his fault his mother left his father, and that carried on throughout his childhood. He is a very emotional person, and it seems that he can have many different personalities, almost bipolar with how quickly his mood can change. He never shows the angry or sad side to the public eye or even to his friends; he keeps it to himself. He can be depressed or fall into modes of depression when he is reminded of how he was raised as a child, as he was always neglected.

He can have nervous breakdowns and panic attacks whenever he gets too stressed, which is detrimental to his schoolwork and mechanic work. He is a very spiritual person in real life, he is a strong believer of the Buddhist movements, and he is a strong believer in the afterlife. He keeps this to himself though, as he understands that his friends are different with their beliefs. His friends Ahyoung (female) and Chanyoung (male) are outcasts like Chanseok, and are dating each other. While Chanseok seems to enjoy being single, he really wants to have a stable relationship with someone, as most of his relationships ended quickly, because of his over-protectiveness and stress. Like with his past girlfriends and boyfriends, he can be over protective and fatherly to his friends, mostly because he never received that fatherly care when he was younger. He also cares for his brother and little sister, who were neglected by his father and mother.

background: Chanseok was born into a corrupted family of two, which soon became week five, then three; his mother, father, and his little brother and sister. He was considered a mistake by his mother. His mother left his father when he was three, because she was too stressed to handle a child at her young age. His father was a lot older than his mother, and had no intention of caring for the children, so he was neglectful to Chanseok. Chanseok's father gave him shelter and an education, but not much else. Chanseok's father, Hoseok, had many mistresses, and from the group of mistresses came two more children, Jisoo and Taesan, both the same age, ten years younger than Chanseok. Chanseok had received inheritance money after his mother was killed in a car accident, so he then bought a house and decided to take Jisoo and Taesan under his wing. He currently is living apart from his father, who is set out to try and kill him for running away, as Hoseok gets child support because of him and his siblings. They both go to school, as does Chanseok, and Chanseok balances two jobs at the same time to ensure that he can support his siblings.
