  56. As President and one of the founders of the company, Mr. Botsch oversees
  57. all aspects of the organization.

  59. Prior to joining TrapWire, Dan served 11 years as an Intelligence
  60. Officer with the Central Intelligence Agency, focusing on Russian and
  61. Eastern European affairs. He also has experience in corporate security,
  62. having served as the Deputy Director of a Business Intelligence Group
  63. that monitored political, economic, security and market dynamics for a
  64. Global 100 energy company. Dan holds an MBA from the University of
  65. Chicago's Graduate School of Business; a Masters degree in International
  66. Affairs from Boston University; and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics
  67. and Political Science from Bates College.

  70.   Michael Maness, Director of Business Development

  72. As Senior Director, Mr. Maness is currently responsible for the Business
  73. Development activities of TrapWire. During the formation of the company
  74. he made important contributions to the development of the TrapWire
  75. Critical Infrastructure system rules engine and its unique, structured
  76. reporting formats. Additionally, he contributed to the design and
  77. development of some of our training programs, and provides
  78. counterterrorism and surveillance expertise in support of TrapWire
  79. system deployments.

  81. Mike joined TrapWire following 20 years of service with the Central
  82. Intelligence Agency, where he directed counterterrorism and security
  83. operations in the Middle-East, the Balkans and Europe. As a senior
  84. operations officer and field operations manager, he was instrumental in
  85. combating Al-Qaeda's operational units in the immediate wake of the
  86. September 11 terrorist attacks. He has also been recognized by the CIA
  87. for his work in Bosnia and Kosovo during the crises there. Fluent in
  88. several languages, Mike is a graduate of Texas State University where he
  89. was awarded degrees in International Relations and Foreign Languages.

  92.   Michael K. Chang, Director of Operations

  94. As Director of Operations, Mr. Chang is responsible for all TrapWire
  95. training programs and TrapWire system deployments. Prior to joining
  96. TrapWire in 2005, Mike served 12 years with the Central Intelligence
  97. Agency as a counterterrorism operations officer and security officer. He
  98. designed and implemented numerous, multifaceted counterterrorism
  99. operations and training programs and worked closely with various
  100. military, intelligence, and law enforcement agencies across the globe.

  102. He also served as an Assistant Team Leader and Special Agent on the
  103. personal security detail of the Director and Deputy Director of Central
  104. Intelligence. Mike has served as a senior instructor for various field
  105. training programs, including Counterterrorism Operations, Protective
  106. Operations, and Surveillance Detection. He is also a CIA certified
  107. firearms and weapons instructor. He has an M.A. in Forensic Science from
  108. George Washington University and a B.S. in Administration of Justice
  109. from Pennsylvania State University.

  112.   Paul Chadha, Director of Information Technology
  113.  
  114. As Director of Information Technology, Mr. Chadha manages TrapWire's
  115. corporate-wide technology infrastructure, including the operation and
  116. maintenance of TrapWire Data Centers worldwide. Paul is responsible for
  117. ensuring information security and high system availability to meet the
  118. demanding requirements of our government and private sector clients.
  119. Paul is also responsible for managing the software development of the
  120. TrapWire suite of products, ongoing Client Support Services, and
  121. technical integration efforts for TrapWire system deployments.

  123. Paul has more than a decade of experience in the Information Technology
  124. arena and has led numerous efforts to overhaul corporate networks in
  125. need of tighter security and added reliability. Paul currently holds the
  126. Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified
  127. Ethical Hacker (CEH), and EC-Council Certified Security Analyst (ECSA)
  128. certifications.
