  1. This is a comparison between the in.ini which can be found in the final version of The Incredibles and the PS2 demo build. There are quite a few differences (the demo ini file is much longer for example and it naturally includes more stuff) so here are the main ones.
  2.
  3. The game boots into NI01 (Robot Arena) instead of OM01 (Bank Heist). This is listed at the top of the demo ini file instead of the bottom.
  4.
  5. The demo ini shows debug options which are not present in the final ini.
  6.
  7. Video settings and regional setting and separated rather than being lumped on top of each other
  8.
  9. The demo ini shows a list of the playable characters. They are identical to the final (and PLYA is not mentioned so Office Mr. Incredible was removed at this point in development.
  10.
  11. The levels are separated depending on their location.
  12.
  13. Two unused levels known as LD02 and LD05 are listed in the demo ini. LD04 (Late for School) is listed with the Nomanisan levels suggesting that the level might have been originally intended to be played after Volcanic Eruption? The playable character for both levels is Disguise Mr Incredible. What these two levels would have been is unknown. If an LD03 existed, it might have been an office Mr. Incredible level?
  14.
  15. Next to LD05 is the line "# frozone... not done yet" which suggests that Frozone was maybe intended to be playable?
  16.
  17. NI02, another unused level is also listed. This would have most likely been a level in-between Robot Arena and Great Falls (possibly the level shown in the E3 trailer)?
  18.
  19. The playable character for HS01 (Save the World) was the Incredi-ball which suggests that you were originally supposed to play as the Incredi-ball?
  20.
  21. TS?? and PG?? are listed as a Test Level and a Play Ground respectively (which confirms what those levels were).
  22.
  23. The decimal numbers shown with the combo counter are not present in the demo ini.
  24.
  25. A global setting which lists that all characters will take damage is listed in the demo ini.
  26.
  27. The amount of invincibility you get after taking damage in the demo is 1 second instead of 0.5.
