You must not use CSGOFIESTA in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of the availability or accessibility of CSGOFIESTA or in any way which in unlawful, illegal, fraudulent or harmful.


Item Values

You are participating in games that allow you to deposit and receive intangible items. We display a value in points to add the effect that these items have no physical value. These point values are based on the CSGOFast API. These values are subject to change without notice. Patterns on items are not taken into account. By using CSGOFIESTA you are accepting our item values and there will be no refund in case of a value issue.


Fee

CSGOFIESTA takes an approximate 8% fee of the total value of each game. This fee is very flexible and is able to fluctuate to take an item further than the 8% fee if there are no items of lower value. It allows us to maintain all services related to keep CSGOFIESTA running. The total value of games does not take the fee into account. The trade offer received by the winner shows the actual value of items won. Fees taken on HC conversions are non-negotiable, these are in place to maintain operational cost of our website – again, HC have no real-world value, they strictly exist for Entertainment purposes.


Winnings and Distribution

Winnings are returned to the Trade URL set in the account settings of the winner. This can be set on the "Settings" page. If the Trade URL of the winner is incorrect when the winnings are sent, we are not responsible for the loss of these items, and they will not be refunded. After the game you played is over, the items will appear in your on-site inventory. If you’ve requested a trade offer and it is not accepted within 48 hours, it will be cancelled. If this and/or an error occurs, you will then have another 48 hours to contact us regarding the issue. If you do not contact us within that time period, those items are then owned by CSGOFIESTA will not be refunded.


Retrieval Process

If items are lost on CSGOFIESTA in error, you will have to create a ticket on our Support tab or contact an individual on the Management Team and you will be refunded in value. You will not be refunded your original items as they are inaccessible while the website is live.


Bans, Timeouts & Conduct

CSGOFIESTA reserves the right to remove any user from our website without and for any reason. Anyone attempting to scam other users will be permanently banned from using CSGOFIESTA.


Refunds

CSGOFIESTA does not do refunds. By playing on this website you agree that you are always playing at your own risk and completely for Entertainment purposes.


Limitations of Liability

Use of our services is at your own risk. CSGOFIESTA, its employees and affiliates will never be held liable for your profits or losses while using this website. Variation These terms and conditions ("Terms of Service") are able to be revised and edited by CSGOFIESTA at any time. Revised terms and conditions will apply from their effective date once published to this website.


Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United State of America, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States of America.
