Write a paragraph comprehensively introducing yourself (AT LEAST 200 words): Hello readers,My real name is Mahmoud Mohammed ,I'am 17 years old,I was borned in cairo in 1999,I'am in the last year in high-school,I'am planning to enter the army in Real life because they control everything in egypt it doesn't mean I'am a power hungry but I want to gurantee my rights and make sure no one can hurt me or my family,or I'am planning to be programmer so I can  accomplish my dream by working as a programmer in Europe,I go to the gym in my free time and sometimes I play football and I'am not a good player but I'am not the worest ,I don't listen to music unless I'am in gym or travelling ,I'am big fan of comics like DC and Marvel but I do prefer DC because it rocks like when you compare Justice league with the Avengers no comparison ,Justice league rocks,Also I am huge fan of football,My Favorite team is Real madrid because I started cheering it in 2006 when I was playing with it in gameboy then I started watching Europen football in 2007.My father is architecture ,and my mother is dead of cancer and my brother is a mechatronics engineer,everyear I visit el Fayom to clear my mind in our farmhouse ,acutally it's better than going to the beach and coasts,I play many games with MTA so I don't get bored from it ,like FIFA 16,The Division,Call of duty black ops 3,gta V.

Write a detailed paragraph telling us your AUR story (AT LEAST 200 words):It all started in [Gay Server] 4 years ago when my friend Mad.A told me to apply to join *313* and I started playing with them and I spent alot of good time there until 313 was deleted then I started farming arrests until I applied for SWAT once and got Denied because of retard enemy of me told his retard friend to denied me ,because the first retard hates me in RL ,the I tried to join MF so he talked with his friend there also so I was about to live but I started working as a criminal and I joined TSF when bossman and storzzie created it until I FBI was founded by Sensei-iMaster-Ruller-tatty-mostafa,so I left TSF and applied there and they accepted me and I started my law career there until I became chief of staff then they deleted FBI and I joined SWAT for 2 weeks as LT then I've left when I knew that's we can join MF instead of SWAT so I joined there also but I had to start as RCT and I kept working hard until I became LT in MF then NGC was deleted and so I started playing at Zombies and cars server until Ameer and Pro re-created NGC so I joined back and join MF as Major and kept working hard again until I became BGen in MF and staff L2 with 150 hours only then I had problems with Pro and got kicked from the staff team and but after getting kicked from staff team I focused more in MF so I became LTG then I joined staff team again and became General in MF and Staff L2 again but I got kicked out of MF because of long term inactivty and I returned MF again as GEN and became GOMF but got sacked after 2 weeks because of school,then I came back and joined SAPD as CIS and got promoted to DCHF and created Armed Forces and it was very sucessfull but I prefered merge it with MF for some reasons ,first one I knew that's this merge will enhance law side espically that's Co were dying,2nd Armed Forces was going to die in september because most of us were egyptians so it could die anytime ,3rd I would kill MF which I've been in for a over a year and my dream was to join it 4 years ago,4th that's Tzeik and Dustin Pmed me about it so it's honor for me that's they contacted me for a merge and forsure Zed who convinced me ,he's a good guy.

1. Define Staff job prominence: Staffs should maintain the balance of the server,they should help the owner in many things like the groups manager whom manage all the topics about the groups,Global moderator whom keep the forum on date,Complaint manager(the most Important job)whom Decide between players and give the players their rights,Event manager who keep the server alive and re-fresh it so the owner can't do all of this jobs at alone so he needs a staff team to help them ,so staffs keep everything smooth in the server and prevents problems and keep the good atmosphere in the sever
2. What's the definition of the code of conduct and what it's usefulness?: it's the set of rules that's were made for staff team it Decide how to they behave so it staff team keeps it's value
3. Have you ever been staff in AUR (Reason you left or got kicked): AUR,no,but NGC yes,I was staff L2 twice and I was kicked twice for once for bad joking with Pro in main chat and second time for long term inactivty
4. Why would we add you as staff?(Provide comprehensible reasons):Firstly I've quite good experience as staff and I know all of the staff code and conducts and I was staff 2 times before so I think I can handle it ,and I'am AUR's Designer so I can still help in designing many things to the server,and I became active again since I managed to get a good internet service ,and I can help players all the time even when I'am not on duty,and I'am very good in forum things as I was Forum manager before.
5. How would you be useful and contribute in our community?:I'll always help the players whom need help and punish the rule breakers and will place the server interests above my interests,and I'll not break the code of conduct and I'll always be loyal to AUR
6. Define rule no.1 without cheating:As I remember it was Deathmatching which was removed and which prevent any player from killing another player outside LV without any reason,and it was also for wanted Criminal whom weren't allowed to kill cops unless they try to arrest them in LS/SF,and DM punishment was jail for about 360 seconds.

How would you act in these situations:

1. Someone's screaming and spamming the main chat with "ADMIN": I'll ask him to calm down and to caps off ,If he's new player I'll warp to him and try to explain basic rules to him,If he's an old player my last warn will mention that's he'll be muted if he shouted again.
2. You're going to be away from keyboard for a few minutes: I'll warn any online staff so he get on duty until I comeback if it's not emergency I'll just wait for any staff to get on duty
3. Someone requested for help then after you warped he said: "You're retarded": I'll thank him for saying his opinion to me and I'll check if he's a new player or old player ,If he's a new player I'll ask him not to insult me and I will warn him atleast 2 times ,If he's an old player I'll warn him 1 time then I'll mute him
4. You suddenly saw/knew a guy exploiting huge kind of bugs which gives unfair distinctive stuff: I'll warp to him and ask him to stop abusing it and I'll ask him to report it to a high ranked staff and give me a proof that's he reported it to him and then I'll warn staff team to keep eye on him when I go off and sure I'll spectate him from time to time until the high staff confirm the report and it's things.
5. You suddenly seen yourself alone on duty and you are playing with your friends: I'll stay on staff job and stay with my friends but I won't participate in their activities however it is.
6. One of the players requested you to warp to him then he asked for distinctive stuff: If he's a new player I'll tell him to read rules and not to ask for special advantage and I'll explain to him the basic rules,and if he's a old player I'll warn him not to ask for it again or he might be punished for annoying staff
7. A bunch of players suddenly started advertising and naming other servers: I'll Directly mute them for a long term and if they're old players I'll mute them and ask a high ranked staff to ban them
8. You've punished a player then he started sending messages discussing it: I'll ask him to appeal because it's the right place to appeal it there.
9. A player requested you to warp because he found an exploitable bug:I'll warp to him ask him to report it to high ranked staffs and send me proof that's he reported it and I'll thank him for reporting him and I'll put my eye on him and I'll warn him not to abuse it or he migh get punished
10. A friend of yours sent you a message offering you a staff position in another server: I'll refuse and warn the owner about him and I'll warn my friend if he did it again with me or anyone he'll be banned from AUR and I'll tell the owner if he wants to ban him to do whatever he wants to do with him
11. A new player is speaking non-English language in main chat: I'll tell him it's not allowed to speak with non-english in main chat and if he didn't listen to me I'll warp to him and try to explain it him however his language is with google translate if he's a very hopeless case I'll mute him and if he understood I'll tell him to read the rules
