My duties and responsibilities at Threads Styling are: • Lead, manage and inspire a team of Personal Shoppers and Senior Personal Shoppers. • Oversee and Manage US market totaling 16M+ in annual sales • Motivate team members to drive personal sales, reach and exceed targets, building awareness around the importance of hitting KPIs and building targeted plans on how to do this • Service Threads top five percentile of clientele • Coach and developed each team member in order to maximize individual productivity and deepen their understanding of how to grow sales online • Translate team and department strategy into operational and tactical plans • Maintain and cultivate a 5M+ client book • Drive business through direct clienteling via text, email, phone etc. • Conduct In person appointments at the client’s home or at our showroom • Analyze KPIs to Identify potential efficiency improvements and determine solutions for any atrisk areas • Support in training and on-boarding of new starters, including follow-up with reviews and report on progress • Travel to Paris & London fashion week with top clients • Encourage a positive attitude and professional relationships at all times • Lead weekly team reviews addressing performance issues, identifying training needs and process changes • Assist in organizing regular brand training or development initiatives for the team • Liaison with the Global Marketing Team to coordinating client engagement activities and events • Complete sales reports as required, communicating potential issues to the VP of Sales & COO
