Infinity Terms of Service

Disable or terminate accounts:
Your account may be terminated if:
1) You transferred your data to another player. If an account is shared between multiple computers and these computers are not regarded as replacement or upgrades by a InfinityMenu staff member.
2) You have repeatedly violated the rules of the forum or our "Discord" server. We also reserve the right to terminate your account at our discretion without any liability to you. You agree that we are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the unauthorized use of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately if you believe that your account privacy has been compromised or you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Owner of content:
InfinityMenu is owned and operated by InfinityMenu who is no way affiliated nor endorsed with/by any other company or entity regardless if implied or expressed. All content on our web site (including, but not limited to, trademarks, screenshots and logos) are property of their respective owners. By showing this content InfinityMenu does not claim to be affiliated or endorsed by these owners. Any screenshots or images appearing on this site are released under fair use as a derivative work and shall not be misconstrued as any relation to any other entity or company.

Basic InfinityMenu rules:
1) We do not guarantee the absence of errors in the Software product, but will take all measures to prevent the incorrect operation of the Software Product. In case of errors in the Software product, the creator undertakes to correct them as far as possible.
2) One license allows you to use the software product on one computer. If you want to use the software on several computers, you will need to purchase the appropriate number of licenses.
3) The software product is provided on an "as-is" basis and we do not guarantee that all functionality of the software product will meet the expectations of the Buyer or will be applicable for its specific purpose.
4) Do not use the InfinityMenu improperly. In particular, do not try to use our software product to the detriment of other users, if we find out that you violated this rule your account will immediately cease to operate.

Claim or dispute policy:
If you open a dispute or a claim through any of our payment services.
We will not refund you money in any possible case, you buy our product and agree with all risks.
We have the right to deny access to our websites and account upgrades by blocking your account, computer and network at any time.
We also reserve the right to suspend or terminate the development of InfinityMenu at any time, regardless of the situation.
1)Misuse of an account. If it is deemed that you have tampered with our website or have tried to use it for purposes of which it was not intended.
2)Breaking our forum rules. By accessing our forum, you automatically accept to follow our forum rules. If you do not agree with these rules please do not use our forum in any way.
3)Working for an opposite entity. if you work for an anti-cheat company, or an entity that works against InfinityMenu in any way.
4)We have the right to deny access to our websites and account upgrades by blocking your account, computer and network at any time.
5)Please note that you may be banned by anti-cheat software when using the software. We only guarantee that there will be no detection (via the anti-cheats advertised on the website) at the time of your purchase. Account upgrades are not sold until they have been made undetected and therefore fit for release in accordance with the ‘undetected’ label on our website. InfinityMenu is not liable for any damage what so ever in case of detection after purchasing account upgrades.

Privacy policy:
Your privacy is important to us. This following paragraphs explain how we use private information collected, and your rights and responsibilities regarding your private information. This privacy policy will always be available on our website for you to review.
When purchasing a account upgrade from InfinityInfinityMenu you may be asked to enter your name, email address, credit card information and/or bank information. Your name and credit card information and bank information is not stored on our website but is processed by one of our payment services who each have their own independent privacy policy.
We do not sell, trade or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personal information.
At our discretion we may include or offer third party tools or services on our website. These third party sites have separate and independent privacy policies and terms and conditions. We therefore have no responsibility or liability for the content or activities on these sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.
By registering at InfinityInfinityMenu you agree that we store your email address, computer information and IP address in our database. InfinityInfinityMenu will take appropriate measures to secure collected data. InfinityInfinityMenu however is not liable for any damage in case of loss of data.

We reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify or revise these Terms at any time, and you agree to be bound by such modifications or revisions. Any such change or modification will be effective three(3) days, and your continued use of the InfinityMenu after the effective date will constitute your acceptance of, and agreement to, such changes or modifications. If you object to any change or modification, your sole recourse shall be to cease using the InfinityInfinityMenu.
