DBZ Campaign

The player would have to Roll 3d6+ Their current Bonuses from power level and +2 if they have stealth as a proficent skil  lets say the dc is 18 which would be a harder test  they player would have to meet that  or fail the check . If the guard is activley looking both players would roll  off of the 3d6 + Power level mod + SKill (If they have it it) The player would be making the skill check based off of dex while the guard would make the check based off wisdom ro whatever stat that you use.
in combat i would assume it would be based off of who a similar thing. majority of combat would be rp based but during contesting rols players would roll 3d6+ powerlevel mod + training (For example if the  attacking player throws a ki blast and they are specialized in Ki blast they would have like a  bonus to that attack vs the players dodge)
