Order whatever item you want, when it arrives call John Lewis and claim your item arrived but when you opened the packaging the product was not in the box,
Remember to say there where no signs of tampering and the product box was empty not the John Lewis packaging.

They should call you in 2 days and offer you a replacement or a refund,
