  1. Fianna Fáil: No ideology, pretend to be everything as a big tent party to get in power, when in power give deals to their big supporters, promote unsustainable policies to keep as many people happy, i.e. cutting taxes and increasing welfare. On the fence on most issues.
  2.
  3.
  4. Fine Gael: Very similar to above, although slightly further economically right, a social liberal wing exists in the party, more pro EU but so are FF.
  5.
  6.
  7. Sinn Féin: Centre left economically, have similarities to FF too in trying to appeal to everyone eventually. Socially left wing. Would be critical of EU, not as much now though, establishment hate them. Will probably become Labour or Fianna Fail II after the IRA lads leave.
  8.
  9.
  10. Labour: Traditional left wing party which is small now after getting wiped at last election, no real difference to social left wing of FG, now would be in favour of political correctness and increasing the public sector wages to remain relevant to 5%.
  11.
  12.
  13. Anti Austerity Alliance & People Before Profit, AAA-PBP: Far left economically, are anti everything but have no interest in getting into power and have no solutions to anything, socially left wing too, very pro migration and refugees even if all of the parties are to some extent, only relevant in urban areas
  14.
  15.
  16. Greens: Typical left wing green party, only party with long term goals, very pro EU.
  17.
  18.
  19. Social Democrats: Centre left party who are in favour of a traditional social democratic model of high taxes high spending. Similar views elsewhere with the other left wing parties.
  20.
  21.
  22. Renua: Basically dead party who are were associated with right wing social views, but were mostly just disgruntled FG and some FF members.
  23.
  24.
  25. National Party: Organisation set up recently enough who are anti-EU, anti immigration and are right wing.
  26.
  27.
  28. Identity Ireland: Meme
  29.
  30.
  31. Independents: Dolly mixture of former FF and FG members, various left wing people who aren't in a left wing party, right wing candidates who have no party, and some guys who want more for rural Ireland.
