Hausregeln
- 1 Please separate the trash as listed no the information sheet. Glas/ Plastik Bottles & beverage cans/ Paper & carton/ Organic & Bio/ Plastik & Packaging/Waste & Nonrecyclable / special trash/ clothes & shoes. If you have other broken items let us know, we have to pay for trash in Germany. Some items might get charged.   2 Please don't drive into the driveway prior to informing us about it. On the street residential parking is allowed only. Either you fill out the residential form and ask for a parking permit( recommended for stays longer then 30 days, or we can give you parking permit for 5€ a day. Parking on the courtyard will be 10€ a day, but we have to check with other tenants first.  3 Please don't put your bikes or your friends bikes in the driveway. 4 Please don't leave the windows open when it rains and pull the sun blend in. 5 Please put the cushions inside if it should be raining. 6 Please let us know if other guests are visiting you. If you have guests over regular, we need to find an additional solution.  7 If more guests would like to spend the night we will make the beds for them. The price is 25€ per person per night. If someone stays at your place without you telling us, the penalty fine is 100€. For insurance reasons, we have to be very clear about this.  8 Don't smoke inside the house. Please if you smoke outside don't put the cigarettes in the bushes or in the ground. Please use an ashtray. 9 Please go inside the house after 10pm. The noise will be too much with mostly small groups being our guests.Quiet time is between 1pm and 3 pm as well as after 10 pm until 7am. 10 Please let us know if you broke something or if you need something. We are right there to assist you. Insurance claims will get charged with 60€ administrative fee.  11 Don’t leave the fans and the lights on when you leave.  12 Washing is not included, if not agreed particularly. One load is 2,50€. Please only use the guests washing room. The soap belongs to other guest or to ourselves. Please buy some for yourself. 13 The garage is privat area. You may use it to access the washing room.  14 Prior to using the bikes inform us. The price may vary depending on the bike and equipment.  15 You can pass through the black gate, but we don’t have the right to use it as we use our property. Please try to use the other open gate if possible.  16 If you want to get mail you should Use „ Baron“ as Adress and care of ( c/o) your own name. Otherwise we can not guarantee your mail will arrive. Same with packages. Please make sure you are home when you ordered something. If you are to home, please check the local post office. For stays 90 days and longer you get your own name tag.  17 When you arrive and we are not there, call us or text us. Don’t ask the neighbors. Don’t ring somewhere when you have a question or don’t know how to get it. The neighbors might get very angry.  18 Please let us know if you bring animals. dogs are charged 1€ a night and 30€ extra cleaning fee. Please use a leach on the the courtyard. take a bag when going for  a walk, otherwise the city might charge you. In Heidelberg putting the dog on a leach is required by the city.  19 Please water the plants on your balcony, porch or garden. Don’t plant anything yourself. If you like to add a flower pot no problem. Don’t cut anything off, without notification.  20 Please don’t use a barbecue. We have made too many bad experiences and the insurance will not cover for it. No fireworks either.  21 When you arrive, check for damages and make a list, possibly a picture. You will be charged for everything which will be broken when you leave.  22 Don’t put anything not he walls or any surface. We had many times the case that the wallpaper came off or the glue of the tape did not come off any more. If you would like to have some more decoration let us. know.  23 If you move furniture or items. Try to put them back. It sometimes takes very long to put everything back in place.  24 If you download illegal content or use more then 8GB a month, you will be charged accordingly to our provider.  25 If you leave, please take the food you need, but don't throw food away. We have a refood process.
