Vincent Denali is a part time pet shop owner, and Mythos' rock leader! Obviously I just said it, but he runs a pet shop where he also takes care of abandoned Pokemon. He inherited it from his father, along with 3 eggs that became his Lycanrocs! He grew up playing with these Rockruffs, and eventually when the time came for them to evolve, the time also came for Vincent to step up as an owner, as a little known fact about Rockruffs is that they tend to isolate themselves when they're about to evolve.

-He found the first one around Midday. This Rockruff is the biggest eater of the three, and was hungry when Vincent found him. After feeding him, the Rockruff, finally having the energy to do so, finally evolved into his Midday Form.
-With the help of the first Lycanroc, he found the second at dusk. This second Rockruff was the voice of reason among the three, but for whatever reasons, went berserk when he saw his master. It took the combined efforts of Vincent and his new Lycanroc to try to calm him down. Now that he was calmed, the Rockruff then take a look at the sunset and evolved into the Dusk Form.
-Now with two Lycanroc, and despite the exhaustion, Vincent found the third Lycanroc before midnight. This Lycanroc is the most hotheaded, always trying to pick up a fight. And this time, it was against a wild Feraligatr. Needless to say, it wasn't in Rockruff's advantage. Vincent tried to help him, but didn't have the experience to command a Pokemon in battle, enforced by the fact that the little Rockruff wanted to beat the wild Pokemon alone. Fortunately, Rockruff evolved into the Night form of Lycanroc just in time, and with his newly learned counter, managed to defeat the Feraligatr.

With his three newly-evolved Lycanrocs, Vincent could finally go home. But the events of this incredible day gave Vincent some things to think about. Mainly, his apparent lack of knowledge about Pokemon behaviour, combined with his lack of skill in battle could be problems with his job. That's why he took the resolution to train himself and his Pokemon and learn more about them.
