  1. Treaty of Paz
  2. It having pleased the Divine Providence to dispose the hearts of the most serene and most potent Prince Ferdinand VI of Spain, by the grace of God, King of Great Britain, France, and Ireland, defender of the faith, duke of Brunswick and Lunebourg, arch- treasurer and prince elector of the Holy Roman Empire etc., and of Spain, to forget all past misunderstandings and differences that have unhappily interrupted the good correspondence and friendship which they mutually wish to restore, and to establish such a beneficial and satisfactory intervenes, between the many European countries upon the ground of reciprocal advantages and mutual convenience as may promote and secure to both perpetual peace and harmony; and having for this desirable end already laid the foundation of peace and reconciliation by the Provisional Articles to be signed beginning on the 3th of December, 1744, by the commissioners empowered on each part, which articles were agreed to be inserted in and constitute the Treaty of Peace proposed to be concluded between the Crown of Great Britain and the Crown of Spain, but which this treaty was concluded with terms of peace agreed upon between Great Britain and Spain and his Britannic Majesty should be ready to conclude such treaty accordingly; and the treaty between Great Britain and Spain having since waiting to be concluded, his Britannic Majesty and the Crown of Spain, in order to carry into full effect the Provisional Articles above mentioned, according to the tenor thereof, have constituted and appointed, that, Johnathan Goldtimbers, member of the Parliament of Great Britain and duly Representative of His Majesty the King, a member of the Spanish Royal Family, and Spain on their part, The Council of the Spanish Government, late commissioners of Spain at the court of Madrid; to be plenipotentiaries for the concluding and signing the present definitive treaty; who after having reciprocally communicated their respective full powers have agreed upon and confirmed the following articles. With that said by all those signing this Treaty of Peace meaning that Spain is to be placed under Temporary control to Sir Johnathan Goldtimbers while Prince Ferdinand VI of Spain rebuilds Spain towards a New Spain for Peace and the better of Society. By this also said King Philip V of Spain AKA Pearson Wright AKA Sir Carlos Clemente be removed from complete power of Spain and be placed as Prime Minister of Spain under the Rightful Heir of the Spain, Prince Ferdinand VI. There shall be no further Conflict between Spain and Great Britain and the British Empire on this Day Forth for that there shall be a new image to emerge from the Darkness and into the Light of Peace and Prosperity to ensure this be done all members of the Spanish Council must agree to these writing by which can be changed upon request with duly good reasoning. As Spain is taken under Temporary Control of Sir Johnathan Goldtimbers on his part he must do only what is demanded to transform Spain to being rebuilt in the way of Government, Trade, Tradition, and most importantly the way of Peace. By taking control for a small time being while Spain is rebuilt by all intentions of the British Empire instead not to make Spain a Territory and appoint its own Force of Power upon it. But instead push all their Strength and Resources in which is shared upon by Great Britain, Russia, France, and Prussia to rebuild Spain in the Act of Kindness and Righteous Deeds to be admired upon by others for the sake of the prosperity of Spain in a path not towards War and Destruction but upon the path of Peace. After rebuilding of Spain in the General means of Government and Society the British Empire will automatically leave their occupation of Spain to let them lead themselves on the path we hope to place them upon which is Peace.
  3. All those who are part of the British Empire, Russia, Prussia, France, and most importantly Spain who agree with these terms or desire to add or remove any details which are reasonable to meet with leave a Comment below.
