  1. I think a bunch of games that no one’s ever heard of are the best video games of all time...
  2.
  3. .hack//G.U., Okage: Shadow King, Knytt Underground, Fragile Dreams, Disgaea
  4.
  5. And games people think are bad that are very good...
  6.
  7. Final Fantasy XIII, Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts, Super Paper Mario
  8.
  9. I love music that no ones ever heard of, mostly video game music, ambient music, old computer music...
  10.
  11. Chikayo Fukuda, Scales of Zordium, Diamond Meditation - Troupe, VVVVVV, Angel’s Egg, Braid, Meine Meinung, Dear Esther, Keeping the Peace - Dissidia, Phantom Brave (Strange Wind), The Talos Prinicple, Kiri - Monoral, Nier

  13. Copyright should not exist. It should at minimum be replaced with a system that actually attempts to get as many works into the public domain as possible, rather than encouraging people to just claim an idea then sit on it making money for the rest of their lives. If all works in existence right now were public domain, we’d have the equivalent of a second industrial age level of human ascension, but we don’t. Anything with which you can grow intellectually from should be considered like health care is in the U.K.
  14.
  15. Ideas that are rare to hear should be given more light, not shunned away.
  16.
  17. No drawings should be illegal, no matter how inappropriate.
  18.
  19. I don’t like elitist speedrunners who really don’t like anyone other than their fellow speedrunners, call everyone in the chat they don’t like “chat monsters”, constantly complain on twitter about any people who use fair use clips to criticize them on YouTube, and proclaim that speedrunning isn’t a community.
  20.
  21. Sexual activity isn’t inherently harmful because it didn’t harm me in any way.
  22.
  23. I enjoy hearing someone saying anything radical and have disdain for those who sneer at them and cry to have them punished in some way, for instance, removing a popular personality’s voice from a game for his/her political views. We should strive to make it so that freedom of speech has as few consequences as possible.
  24.
  25. I experience no emotion from someone being/being accused of being racist, I consider it the equivalent of just being a regular asshole. No one should care. The only thing I care about is if they actually discriminate or physically attack someone based on their thoughts. You can be a racist and not hurt or discriminate against anyone. The only person in existence who knows if they’re racist is the person in question. People do not necessarily hold the beliefs of the things they say. Many people online say crazy things just for the sake of saying them, because it feels so novel to be able to, not because they actually believe them.
  26.
  27. Felons should be able to vote. Whether someone has committed a crime or not has little to nothing to do with their opinions on specific policies in government.
  28.
  29. No one is responsible for the views of people who support them, and it is wrong to ask someone to denounce others, because one view does not mean their entire life is governed by that single idea. A person can support another for any reason.
  30.
  31. The whole “Don’t yell ‘Fire’ in a crowded theater,” quote is completely misused. “Don't take security in the false refuge of consensus.” Every idea deserves devil’s advocate/contrarianism.

  34. I would do almost anything to live forever. I am anti-death. If I had all the time of every day of my life as free time, with no pains or illness or anything, I still would not be able to think and find and read and play all the interesting media there is available to consume in my lifetime. I don’t think there’s any amount of time that would be enough. Despite this, I find nothingness beautiful. I think it’s amazing to be able to experience the senselessness of death without having to die and lose everything, though I used to find it absolutely terrifying and was afraid of sleeping when I was younger. I think it’s why I like ethereal and ambient music so much.
