Why should we accept you?: I am very experience in not only owning a server, but also being a leader, and being part of a team.
Previous experience?: I have owned 2 network, both of which lasted for about 3 months. I have been Admin, collectively, for about 1 1/2.
Any specialities, building, coding etc?: I know the very basics XHTML and CSS. I know just about everything Worldedit and PermissionsEX, and a lot of Group Manager.
Any additional info?: I do have ADHD, but I can a sure you it will not interfere with me doing each task completely and properly.
What would you do if a troll or a hacker was on the server and you were by yourself?: I would record it for prove and then ban he/she appropriately.
Any suggestions on the server on how it can be improved?: I would suggest to immediately fix permissions. The one biggest problem i find people complain about is hackers and permissions, but you have the hacker problem under control, so i would suggest fixing permissions.
