BACKGROUND : Eun was born to a Vietnamese mother and a Korean father during the early hours of January tenth in the state hospital of Hanoi, Vietnam.  Eun had only been a year old when her parents had decided to move to her father’s hometown of Jeju-do provence in South Korea.  Growing up, Eun had often accompanied her mother on little errand trips to the store because of the language barrier.  The young girl had to translate things for her mother very often, because her mother did not know the Korean language as well as Eun did.  As a result, Eun became a very outspoken and cheerful girl.
  The girl spent her childhood and teenage years on Jeju before moving again to Seoul for her father’s new job just a week after her seventeenth birthday.  Since Eun is new to the area, she often has issues concerning her dialects, often switching dialects in between sentences.  This makes it hard for people to understand her, but she’s determined to keep trying her best.

PERSONALITY : As mentioned before, Eun is a very outspoken and cheerful girl.  She is one who definitely looks forward to waking up every morning.  However, her outspokenness does not always work out in her favor.  She has a tendency of being tactless with her words, often blurting out her thoughts.  Even if Eun does not mean to offend anyone, her words can come off as harsh.  Her apologies come slow, due to the fact that Eun does not realize the impact of her words.  When she finally does realize how offensive her comments are (this would take a lot of explaining from others), Eun will hesitate to apologize.  She would not easily admit that she was the cause of another’s discomfort or sadness.  However, she will inevitably apologize (after many hours of thinking).  On the bright side, Eun is always very honest with her opinions, and is labeled a very trustworthy person.
  She would do anything for her friends to make them happy, often cheering them up when they’re down with her small antics and bright aura.  Eun really means well in all her intentions, even if she can be a bit careless now and then.  With time, she’ll learn.

HOW DID THE GIRL AND THE LOVE INTEREST MEET? : Eun had been walking around the camp, observing everything with wide interest.  She had just arrived and met her cabin mates, but she was most excited about observing the venue.  During her little walk, she came across another camper.  He was an interesting looking person, so Eun was excited to make acquaintance with him.  And she did just that.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS :
 Eun - I feel like smiling upon catching sight of the boy walking towards the path I’m currently taking.  He looks like an interesting guy, wonder if he’s nice.  I slightly jog towards the boy and stop in front of him with my smile still plastered on my face. “Hi,” He sends a curious smile my way.  He’s pretty cute when he smiles.

 Him - I exit the cabin and continue to walk on my way to a nearby outhouse, in hopes of finding a sanitary one, which is most likely not going to happen.  I had only taken two steps when I noticed a girl jogging in my direction.  She had a big smile plastered on her face, seemingly excited.  I was surprised when she stopped in front of me with her smile still big on her face.  “Hi,” she grinned.  Somehow, I couldn’t help the smile that etched itself on my mouth.  ‘Cute’ I thought.

TIMELINE OF RELATIONSHIP : Ever since that first day of camp when Eun had greeted the boy, they had continued to greet each other every day.  The two had become quick friends, often hanging out every spare moment they could.  They participated in a lot of activities together, whether it was organized by the camp or if it was just by their own plans.  Eun often pressed her love for soccer onto the boy, and that was what they played together often.
  Along with her bright personality, Eun’s tactlessness began to show as well.  At one point, she had really offended her special companion.  However, not even a day had passed before Eun twiddled her fingers as she apologized to her friend.  This was highly unusual, Eun had noticed.  She had never apologized to someone so quickly in her life.  Out of anyone she had ever known, Eun felt the worst she had ever felt when this particular friend was angry with her.  After their little squabble, the two went back to being closer than ever.  The others around them noticed how especial their treatment was for each other. Even Eun herself noticed how different the vibe between them had been, and she found herself wishing for more on their relationship.  Little did she know, that her friend felt the same way towards her.
  Little by little, they both showed bits of their feelings to each other, from the lingering touches to the eye contact that would last longer than normal.  Finally, during one of their stargazing nights on the last week of camp, Eun received a quiet confession as they sat alone in the grass, watching the night sky together.  Her smile stretched as wide as it had during their first meeting when she said an equally quiet “I like you too.”  Everyone else was glad those two had finally confessed to each other.
