I do still believe the overall action of a ban to avoid political contention would have been correct from another op, and do believe this was CoCo's logic despite his overall attitude towards it and clear disdain for you.  I've got to uphold this particular action.  CoCo's didn't explain himself to you well at any point and that's something see he needs to do from now on.

<sofacoin> I'll be keeping my eye on this situation until I can state with certainty that I believe their actions are actual enforcement against someone they dislike that looks like abuses because they're being hostile about it, or whether they're abuses of power because of dislike.  In the mean time, I'll be pushing them to lower the aggro if/when they need/('need') to take action.
