  1. 2 1/4 cups water 532 grams
  2. 1 1/2 cups sourdough starter
  3. 1 tsp yeast
  4. 1 1/2 tbsp salt
  5. 5 3/4 cups flour 782 grams
  6.  
  7. Combine warm water, starter, yeast and salt in a bowl.
  8. Add flour and mix for 5 minutes or until a dough ball forms.
