Background: Science student expelled from his university for an experiment gone wrong, Fillonios is a brilliant biologist that studied amphibious abilities, mostly from their glands that allowed them to produce a type of slippery mucus and poisonous toxins. The end result was him getting to ability to produce such secretions.

Personality: Slipper Phil is very head strong and intelligent, a quick thinker that allows him to use his abilities against opponents that would otherwise be too strong for him.

Abilities:

• Can't Touch This: Phil secretes a type of lubricant that allows him to slide around at X speed on solid surfaces and keeps stronger opponents from getting a solid grip on him in combat.

• The Water Boy: Phil has a passive ability due to his amphibious experiments that allows him to breath under water and use his lubricant to hold onto opponents in water, a counter active to his abilities on land. This can be used agaisnt him however if the opponents can overpower him.

• Stings, Doesn't It?: Phil can use a neurotoxin on enemies by touch. This must be specifically activated on command by him. It is not a passive ability and may take a while on tougher opponents. Can produce enough toxin to take down anything as large as two African elephants.

Power:

• Depending on the amount he leaves behind, Phil can almost render a combat area impossible for opponents to properly get footing due to the slipperiness.

• Enemies can potentially suffocate if covered in too much of his lubricant.

• Due to his high intelligence, he is very creative with his abilities and regularly adapts a type of fighting style to suit his powers.

Weaknesses:

• A strong enough opponent can override the lubricant.

• Fire that exceeds X degrees can cause severe harm and remove his lubricant from the arena/himself.

• Overpowered a 2 tonner and rendered them incapable of movement.

• Defeated a large group of trained h2h combatants with superhuman abilities with his unique fighting style.

• Held breath underwater for 30 minutes while in combat with a giant man crocodile.
