- started in a small town, met a con artist pretending to be a wizard, selling bogus trinkets.
- a halfling woman and child went missing in goblin territory, also received bounty for any goblins killed
- found a cart with bodies, letter addressed to the wizard blackmailing him with threat of exposing his fakery
- entered goblin cave, killed goblins. halfling woman was already dead, but daughter (and magical familiar cat) rescued, taken to farm
- demons (dretch) attack farm, apparently lots live deep in the woods, something is driving them out
- collected bounty on goblins, lawmaster believes wizard is a fraud
- went north to Talisman to find wizard, encounter bandits on the road, pay toll, no fight
- brief period of party infighting over whether or not to kill some spiders. (all but 1 killed)
- got to talisman, FakeWizard has a very real very magic tower, half-orc/goblin manservant with OCD, other issues
- manservant found wizard's book on demon magic, created an Orb of Guidance, GPS to anyone you've seen (requires feline soul to work)
- more party infighting about fate of the demon orb (kept by neutral Zisi)
- Real?Fake?Wizard is meeting with goblins in the woods to discuss a ceasefire, exchange of money?
- visited apothecary for supplies, agreed to a favor in exchange for potions - kidnap a grey gnome from an encampment to the north
- met a sorcerer (player) who immediately pissed off all the guards in town, got himself banned from the city
- went to encampment, ambushed at night by gnomes. sorcerer was killed. last gnome surrendered, gave up dark gnome in exchange for mercy
- took gnome to apothecary, used dark gnome's blood to craft potions
- start down towards meeting site between wizard(?) and goblins, cleric takes demon orb and makes contact with demon, makes deal with it
