  63. The return parcel is marked as Delivered on carrier's tracking system but is never processed as a return. Since it's been delivered, which can be proven using the Tracking ID, a refund is issued after an x amount of time (usually 14 days) had passed, during which the company investigates where the parcel's gone. This may be achieved using one of the following methods:

  76. DNA/EB failed? This is something that you can always fall back on to ensure you get your refund
  77. Recommended for fresh accounts on which DNA/EB will usually result in internal/external investigation

  79. Some companies may refuse mail if you address it to them, do you research first
