- That way you soften the blow of their knee jerk reaction and allow people to at least know why a 'bad' thing has to happen, or that there'll be a correction. Sure it'd be repetitive, but I always find that a lot of people need the reminder.
- That kind of thing is a big part of structuring videos, especially the more controversial ones (nothing like a good old RNG gear or LFR discussion video!). The heavy hitting points need to come after people have had the right preparation, so that less of them act in an unexpected way.
- I guess it's the kind of thing that occurs a lot more to players for whom the state of that class directly impacts how they feel about their free time. Perhaps from the dev side it feel more like a problem that needs to be solved, so there is a level of detachment. Most of the time that I am surprised by the response to a video, it's due to me be being out of touch with the audience because I've been focusing on getting the video created for a deadline that I've set.
