- Sending gifts to someone isn't against the rules. Paying someone to tend your account IS against the rules. If your gifts are occasional they should be alright. If you are gifting the same person (or buying a junk horse for a pass from that person) repeatedly, that's different. Some of these situations are complicated. We try to take everything into consideration.If we think you're paying someone, we will look at all of the transactions between the two of you.-ZOwey
