Communication: Make history!
As far as I know, only one Google employee has posted on XDA-forums, this was Brian Swetland for the Nexus S release.

This was appreciated and well received. The active communication from Google played a large role in me deciding to buy a Nexus S right away, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

When Samsung employees write posts in forums to publish change-logs, new firmware & sources releases and indicate the right direction to other developers, the impact will be huge both in image and for actual development.
