  1. From my point of view, it is the combination of a good communication and involvement of all the CEOs/Staff. of each corporation with a big preparation upstream.
  2.
  3. If the CEOs of each corporation are convinced and motivated by the campaign then there are good chances to have pilots regularly for the fleets. They are the ones who will give importance to being present to the fleets and will push them to go.
  4. That does not mean giving them decision-making power in the campaign. Thank God ...
  5.
  6. So, what attracts CEOs and their pilots during a campaign? For the frenchswarm the idea was to create with certainty fights involving a small escalation of capitals. The target group was able to have an equivalent response to our strike force or even a little more but keeping balanced proportion.
  7.
  8. Basically, we have proposed tailor-made content against an enemy of reasonable size with fleets of capital without any tidifest (what we know too much in the imperium when it implies capital) and with a stake/objective which for the frenhswarm was to take moons very valuable (double R64) to groups in the area. These are also the moon that guaranteed escalation of capital.
  9.
  10. But not to exhaust neither the pilots nor the sky team, we have never attacked more than two structures at the same time. It generates too much timer and therefore too much fleet and all pilots do not have the same playing time, in addition to the fact that we lose credibility not to form up to all the timer we set. For frenchswarm we preferred to limit the number of fleets (3/week on average) for more pilots during. Fleets that we actively communicate at least 48h, 24h, and 1h before, ensuring that each CEO has passed the message.
  11.
  12. After that, it is up to the sky team to do the job with maximum preparation so that nothing is a waste of time or a subject of frustration for the pilots who would gradually lead them not to come. So, all that can be done before launching the campaign must be done.
  13.
  14. Myself at first I thought that 3 fleets a week was not much, which is rather true. But when in addition to these fleets you take care of coordinating (with team huh!) all the logistics of subcap (ammo, drones T1 / T2, meta 4, etc.) & capital (racial fuel, fighters, stront, ammocap, etc..) plus the local production of ships (how many hulls ? Payable in advance ? By who ?) to make attractive contracts on site for all the pilots and this practically every day without talking about the shitty time spent answering questions not always relevent from pilots, there is not much room left for something else, especially if the sky team is small.
