1- Apparently it's free for the first month or till a certain level or something; does this include the full version or will I be playing some dumbed down demo version shit?

2- If I want to start playing past the "free limit" (be it level or month, I forgot), will I have to buy the game and all the expansions and everything?
2b- If so, how much does it cost? (besides the $15/month subscription)

3-Last but not least, when the game first came out, someone gifted me a boxed copy for Christmas. I never did use it I think - Can I benefit from it?
