Policy on rape:

Rape is strictly forbidden without OOC permissions from all parties involved in the scene. You are free to drop out at any time during the rape if you begin to feel uncomfortable, but you have to make sure to inform the players involved. Breaking the disgusting roleplay rules will result in either a temporary ban or a permanent ban, depending on the severity.

Policy on robbing and scamming:

To rob or scam another player, you have to reach level 5+ before proceeding doing so. You have to make sure that the victim has reached level 5+ too, and the other participants. If you are involved in a robbery or a scam, and you are bellow the level of 5, you are not allowed to have any of the assets that were received from the scene. Players under level 5 still have to participate in the roleplay surrounding the robbing/scamming scene. It's forbidden to kill the victim during a robbing/scamming scene, but you are free to do so if the victim brings it upon himself by not complying. The max amount of value you can rob someone for is $500, and the max amount of value for scamming other players is $50,000. You are free to rob any amounts of weapons, drugs, and cargo. You are not allowed to push the prices above the scamming limit, just to avoid being scammed. You are NOT allowed to scam houses, businesses or vehicles from players. When robbing someone, you have to make sure you do it realistically. Robbing somebody out in public in broad daylight is unrealistic, and will be taken as NON-RP. Your character should have a reason to rob somebody, for example, low wealth. You are not allowed to rob the same person during two hours period. It's strictly forbidden to steal somebodies properties by claiming yourself as a furniture designer. If you own a legal casino or a betting shop, you are not allowed to scam the players. When betting inside of a legal betting business, the highest bet you can offer is $1,000,000.
All actions during the betting must be roleplayed properly. When it comes to illegal gambling, it's all on you. Same goes for loaning. Illegal gambling and loaning have no restrictions at all, and the administrators will not interfere in these kinds of cases. When it comes to robbing banks, you are required to have permissions from an administrator before proceeding on robbing the bank. Also, it's required to have at least 30 PD and/or SD members. They all must be on duty.

Metagaming is basically when you use OOC information ICly, for your own advantage. This is not allowed, and you will be punished if you decide to break the rule. An example of metagaming could be the following;

"Park_Parker runs up on some stranger (Willy_Billy) he has never interacted with before. Park reads the nametag of Willy, and proceeds to greet Willy; Hi Willy!" In this case, Park read Willy's nametag OOCly and used it In character. For him to know Willy's name, he should have been told in character by Willy or somebody that knows him.

"Park_Parker says: LMAOO!" In this case, Parker proceeded to write out an internet shortcut out in the IC chat, which is ALSO metagaming!

You are not allowed to use your alternative characters to somehow interact with your main character. Reason for it to be forbidden is so you can not pass over IC information to yourself, just to pass it on to other people and so on.
Communicating with players over a VoIP program, to communicate ICly for their own advantage, is also forbidden. The only group of people who are allowed to uses VoIP is law enforcement factions, such as the Police Department.

Powergaming has three simple definitions -

Doing something supernatural in character, something that humans are just not capable of doing. Here is an example!

"Willy_Billy uses his black magic to levitate the Tahoma, he proceeds to sling the vehicle towards Pizza stacks."

Forcing roleplay upon other players without giving them a chance to respond to your actions, is also considered powergaming. Example;

"Willy_Billy throws a rock towards Parker, landing it on his forehead, knocking Parker out ice cold."

The last one, is where you decide to make up your own world just to benefit from it. Doing something that's not possible to do script-wise so that you can have yourself a pretty unfair advantage.
