Hey, I was pretty annoyed at Fozzar getting the bis neck tbh as I have played every class at 110 so I knew it wasn’t good stats for him as haste is massively important to fury above all else. I appreciate you don’t play everything so this isn’t a dig at you in the slightest. I checked his default stat weights at the time which are Haste [9.06] > Mastery [7.56] > Versatility [6.06] > Strength [4.56] > Crit [3.06].
My stat weights as vengeance are: Stamina [15.01] > Agility [12.01] > Versatility [9.01] > Mastery [7.51] .
I was annoyed at the time as I knew sim wise this would be a marginal upgrade for him as stats are far more important than item level at our level of play especially with the neck having stamina and not the main stat (strength).

I have since looked at his stats and he currently has under 10k haste and well over 12k mastery at 967 iLevel. From playing fury myself it is very clear he does not sim his character and does not know his stat weights/values despite having a level 1000 argus trinket which suggests he has been raiding on that character for a long time now. This guy has as high item level as my holy paladin does.

While fighting Eonar at top, there were 4 of us (Swan me suzi and Fozzar) within range that could interrupt the devastator and we were calling who would take next interrupt. I heard all of us communicating this except Fozzar so I had to ask a couple of times if he could take next interrupt. Eventually he said he could take next interrupt and then never interrupted without any comms stating anything had changed (aka miss-press). This to me is not something that has the mentality of a mythic raider.
My biggest issue is that after putting in a lot of effort to learn both of my classes and knowing the intricates from individual stat weights to finding out how a complete change in rotation and playstyle can afford just a few more percent damage reduction on my class that bis items that would benefit me massively are being taken by someone that is either doing it out of complete ignorance or just greed and selfishness. This bothers me a lot to the point where I would wonder how much his logs etc are looked at before joining the team and I know many others would be rather disappointed if this happened to them. I am more than happy to look at trials logs/stats etc and give advice re loot distribution if this is at all helpful to the guild in the future. Sorry for the long complaint but I feel this is unfair.
