We built the wall a long time ago. A thousand miles from start to finish, it protected our land from the monsters and creatures that lay in the lands beyond. It has kept the beasts out for hundreds of years, but now strange new things come...

The monsters come, wearing beads and strange robes, chanting and praying in their inhuman tongues, and leave... things at the base of the wall. Those who gather what the monsters leave say they resemble the offerings left at temples. What is behind this wall that would have them doing this, and why has it only started so recently?
