  18. Why you think we should accept your application / why you think you are qualified / should be trusted: Been around a very long time, used to having to make hard decisions regarding rule enforcement.

  20. Why do you want to be a staff member? (You can be honest here): I do a very good job at not letting my personal feelings influence my decisions and I'd rather people dislike me for enforcing a rule than the owners.

  22. Qualities you think are important / relevant for a staff member (What ones do/don't you have?): Unbiased views, fair disciplinary enforcement, knowing when something is an issue and when it's not.

  24. What are your flaws? (Knowing our staff and knowing yourself helps us with improving): real life stuff makes me not as active as I used to be but I still stalk the mod discord to help with the issues brought there that need further discussion. I don't like letting people ride the grey line. (Ex: Loopholing rules for the sake of causing trouble)

When rules are broken or issues arise what steps would you take? 1st offense: Make it known a rule was broken, politely. 2nd offense: Depending on the severity of the issue, may warrant a kick. 3rd offense: Violator should be banned with screenshot of the issue and liable reasoning and should be addressed with the other mods/owners via the discord mod chat

  31. 2. What if a conflict occurs and there are no other moderators around what would you do? Handle it to the best of your ability, making sure to take screenshot so the other mods and owners may discuss if the proper action was taken.

  33. 3. What would you do if you were accused of admin abuse or being unfair and how would you react? Don't humor it. Simply tell them to message one of the owners with the complaint of admin abuse. This has been an issue in the past that people used like a scapegoat.

  35. 4. What do you think qualifies as admin abuse? Going outside of your responsibilities or breaking the rules yourself. Just because you're a mod doesn't mean you get special treatment.

  37. 5. What is the purpose of staff and how do you think they should act? Keep CxS a fun place for everyone to do as they please within reason. CxS is a pretty free place, try to keep it that way.
