Town System - Commands for the server town
/town me - warp to your town spot.
/town <player> - warp to a player spot.
/town center - warp to town center.

MaxBans switch to LiteBans
If its easy to convert MaxBans to LiteBans, this will be a thing i will do to have public ban list, and a plugin that is being updated more.

PaperSpigot i don't really need. Spigot is updated more, more support, quicker updates to newer version (1.12 soon).
