Why would you be a good staff?: I know that helper is a role that is basically trial-moderator, but it's not a trial. They have the role to moderate the server and just keep it well going. Inside the server and on the forums. The commands are limited, so they can't cause any accidental damage to the server. They have commands such as /warn and /mute. The main purpose of a helper is to help out around the given server and moderate the server’s chat. I have decided to apply because the I know the server is going to grow fast and needs a steady staff team with staff from various time zones to moderate the server 24/7. I believe that I can provide help throughout the server and great support with all the players. I am not someone who dislikes someone because of their ethnicity or name. Why would we choose you over other players?: I work really well on a team or as an individual. I know a lot of stuff in terms of being staff on a server but that'll be brought up in the experience section. I also really like being an important part of the community. I like to keep things in check and have tons of ideas I could bring to the server for prison, when those come around. The rest of the reasons I should be brought into the team should or will come from the other sections. In my opinion, admins should be trying to reach out to players and achieve a healthy relationship with the servers players.
Info about yourself: I am 15 years old and a Freshman in high school. I have been playing minecraft for 3 years now. I take coding classes in school, so that I can learn how to code in the future. I live in California and I am easy to contact at anytime of the day. I play soccer, baseball, basketball, and football for my high school (Don’t worry, that won’t affect my abilities to be staff on your server.) I play CSGO, H1Z1, & Rocket League when I have nothing else to do. I currently am not working for any servers because I resigned from all of them since I didn’t think I would have enough time for them. I started organizing my schedule, so that now I do have time to manage and help with a server.

Experience?: HeavenHCF : Staff Manager - I handled all of the staff. Demoting and Promoting staff members that worked with heaven and some that didn't. I made sure staff was doing there job and helping them learn new things about how to screen share and find hackers easier. I kept and eye on the staff team, always doing checks and making sure we were not going to get ETB'ed. I recruited staff members, interviewed staff members, and I demoted staff members.

ViperHCF : Mod (Map 1-3) - My job was to find any hacks and to ban them. Also
to make sure everyone on the server was having a good time. I was always looking for someone to help in ts and was always on the server waiting for a hacker to log on and ban. I don't like banning people, but if they are hacking and ruining other players experiences, then I had to ban them.

McWarFare: Mod/Forum Mod - My job was to look for the hackers on the server and ban them and keep the chat clean. I was really active on forums and I was always helping someone out. I wrote replies to the helper applications and ban appeals. I made friends with all of the staff members, so that we wouldn't have any bad blood in between the staff members. I hosted staff meetings, like conference calls.

Whale Prison: Community Manager/Forum Manager - I made sure that players where having fun by letting them pitch in ideas for the server. I created events that made hyped people up to play the server. I was always on the forums, whether it was on my phone at school or sitting on my laptop while doing homework. I always had the forums page open and minechat to talk to people and manage the chat if I wasn't home. If I was home I would be making sure that the staff was doing their job and players were satisfied with the server.
