I see we went from 21 to 26 people in 2 weeks to make sure we have a decent roster, while literally declining 20+ applicants
We have a decent idea on what we need to improve upon, and whom in the roster seems to be lacking behind. But improvements in people is slow and steady, it isn't 'safe' to go overboard. Even still, we failed several trials while at a very minimal roster to make sure the people that are here are somewhat competetive with each other.

For you not feeling pushed anymore, I don't know how that can be fixed? Maybe its the lack of mythic progression??

then last, yea headhunting sucks. I don't want to do it, noone wants to do it.  We've been recruiting a lot of people we already knew (Frenzyy, (avail, ecology) Rain (avail, ecology), Vint (avail, cartel), Eclipsen (cartel), Nycon (cartel), Getgripped (m+)) which is good. we can cherry pick people that were in the top of those rosters to bolster our roster.

but we've also been talks to get nnightwing back just to do recruitment, since we know we lack on that part
