Dear guests, we cordially ask you to adhere to the following house rules:
 1. Take care - please use all the fittings and Valamar Collection Isabella Island Resort
 public areas with care.
 2. Deposit box - we cordially ask you to keep your valuables, money and documents in the
 room's safety deposit box. Please note that the resort management is not responsible
 for any lost or stolen valuables that are not kept in the room’s safety deposit box.
 3. Room visitors - allowed only after they have been approved by reception staff and
 registered by presenting a valid ID.
 4. Please do not bring flammable or explosive materials or substances with a strong or
 unpleasant odour into any area of the Valamar Collection Isabella Island Resort.
 5. You are welcome to use all Valamar Collection Isabella Island Resort facilities; however
 if you intentionally damage or break anything on the premises, your account will be
 charged.
 6. All room power points are 220V. Safety regulations prohibit the use of personal
 appliances in our rooms in order to avoid serious technical faults and inconvenience
 to other resort guests.
 7. In consideration of your neighbours, kindly refrain from making unnecessary noise
 when in your room, particularly when using your TV or sound system.
 8. We reserve the right to revoke our accommodation services in the event of anti-social
 behaviour or disturbance of other guests. 24 hours' notice will be given.
 9. Children up to the age of 10 are only allowed to use the elevators when accompanied
 by an adult.
 10. In line with our company policy, only some Valamar hotels allow pets and this service
 must be requested at the time of booking as the number of such designated rooms
 is limited. Please note that pets are not allowed at the Valamar Collection Isabella
 Island Resort.
 11. For reasons of safety and energy conservation, please lock your balcony and room
 door every time you leave the room.
 12. Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is until 10:00. Please vacate your room before
 10:00 on the day of departure. You are cordially asked to return your key card to
 reception. Your luggage can be safely stored in our luggage room until your final
 departure.
 13. At check-in, we will only pre-authorize your credit card in order to secure any potential
 room charges. For guests staying for a longer period of time we have a weekly invoice
 settlement policy for all outstanding charges.
 14. Dress code policy - for the sake of other guests please do not enter the restaurants in
 bathing suits or shorts, or torn or revealing clothing.
 15. For wellness and recreational facilities: please note that, for safety and health reasons,
 children under the age of 16 cannot use the wellness and fitness facilities; however
 they are more than welcome to enjoy our outdoor and indoor pools. We cordially ask
 you to observe this rule.
 16. Once you have registered and entered the room, it is considered that you have agreed
 with and accepted the house rules.

 Valamar is committed to environmental protection and sustainability, accordingly, we
 implemented a sustainable business policy. We strive to minimize our properties'
 operational impact on the environment through careful resources management.
 We know you care about the environment as much as we do so please join us in
 delivering this commitment by applying some of the following measures:
Save water - We all know water is a scarce resource that has a direct impact on our
 natural environment so we try to minimize its consumption. You can help too by changing
your towels and linen only when necessary, turning off the water while soaping, shampooing
 or brushing your teeth, or simply by using the economic (short) toilet flush when possible.
Decrease the use of chemicals - The more loads of washing we have to do, the more
 chemicals we have to use so please ask for a linen change only when you really need it.
 Conserve energy - Please turn off all unnecessary lighting in your room whenever you
 can. In addition, your room is kept at a comfortable temperature by our automated
 air-conditioning system. To keep it turned on, please keep your room windows and doors
 closed. In this way we will maintain our commitment to mitigate climate change.
Waste reduction, reuse and recycling - We are always looking for ways to control waste
 production by the resort, and you can help us by: taking only as much food as you will eat
 from the buffet (you can always go for some more); ensuring that all paper, bottles and
 cans are placed in a designated bin and that any empty batteries are placed on the table.
 Our housekeeping staff will collect them and sort them for recycling.
 Help us protect the beauty of our natural landscape by throwing all cigarette butts and
 rubbish into the designated waste bins.
Prevention of water and soil pollution - Please consider some practical measures to
 help us reduce pollution and handle fuel and grease with care. In the event of an accident,
 contact our staff; they will promptly assist you and provide you with oil absorbents.
Animal welfare - As cute and cuddly as birds, cats and other animals are within our
 resort, please do not feed them as this significantly disrupts their natural habitat and
 eating habits.
 The Valamar Collection Isabella Island Resort is committed to constantly improving all
 activities aimed at the protection and preservation of our environment.
