WE WILL NEED DETAILS AND A BREAKDOWN TO REINSTATE.*****\r\n\r\nthe door is open with cords hangs out\r\n\r\n     Field technicians must check in and out with the SMS ONE Mobile Application. The app requires a photo of the site to check-in & checkout. The app is free and is downloaded by searching for “SMS One” at GooglePlay or “One by SMS Assist” in the App Store. \r\n·       Technician is required to troubleshoot all units. Each unit in need of repair will require an individual work order. Please contact SMS Assist directly (866-582-5657) to have work orders created and dispatched if needed. \r\n·       Please make note of the NTE for this work order. If additional funds are needed in order to complete the repairs while on site, please contact SMS directly at 866-663-0866. Approval must be given by SMS before the tech continues the repairs.\r\n·       Technician is required to verify sensor placement. Sensors need to be 9ft from the floor and 6-10ft from the return vent. Please verify EMS readings by calling Venstar at 818-812-9812 or by using their automated # at 571-730-5556. If EMS parts are needed, please send a note through the portal or email part number to FDSHVAC@sms-assist.com for SMS to order.  If the EMS system is preventing the unit from operating, please install a temporary thermostat to keep the unit in operation. \r\n·       Technician is required to gather the unit information of ALL of the units. This information includes make, model, serial number, tonnage, age, gas / electric, roof / ground, cage / no cage. If unit information is illegible, please take a photo and upload it into the Vendor Portal. \r\n·       If coil cleaning or filter change is needed, please submit before and after pictures, and call us for approval.  \r\n·       Please ensure technicians check for mechanical and water leak issues. \r\n·       If technician is unable to reach Venstar after multiple attempts, please jump out the units to verify the mechanical operation. If the Venstar is preventing the units from operating, please install a temporary thermostat to keep the unit in operation. \r\n·       If there are issues involving the gas meters on site, please gather all of the meter numbers associated with this location.   \r\n·       Technician is required to notify SMS Assist directly if unit numbering on site does not correlate with the numbering provided by Venstar. Please contact fdshvac@sms-assist.com to have the unit numbering altered.\r\n·       Copper Cop\r\no   The Copper Cop is connected to the store alarm system.  Before starting work on any of the units, locate store manager and have them call ISS at 1-866-934-1947 to put system on test for HVAC repair work.  Store Manager will need to provide a password.\r\no   Copper Cops are wrapped around individual HVAC Units & Condensers.  In most cases the sensor clips are attached to the same screw holes that are used for the HVAC housing (Sometimes new screws will be added by installer so that sensor clips are spaced evenly apart and Copper Cop covers whole unit).   Label the HVAC cover on where the sensor clips are connected.  Remove the Copper Cop by undoing necessary screws to get access to area of work.  The alarm system keypad will beep and show trouble mode.  Store manager can re-set when work is completed.\r\no   When work is completed, reattach Copper Cop Sensor Clips to their respective screw holes on HVAC cover.  All 8 sensor clips must be attached to the AC unit as they are trigger points for the alarm\r\no   Locate store manager and have them call ISS at # above and request system be taken out of test.  If HVAC contractor is uncomfortable re-installing the Copper Cop or having issues, store manager should request that ISS dispatch a service tech.\r\n\r\n",
