[ElcDragon] Skyzone --> Financial District

Please refer skyzone as the financial district. Because this place is nolonger just skyscrapers. No longer towers. There is now business in the area. Its where all the flourishing business opened up these past new months. From restaurants, to car dealers, to our own.. best(worst) buy! I did the job of changing most of the signs (or all hopefully) to say "financial district".
