Prematch sub on best conditioned for each position. For /hpo/ keep Penis Puppetry as the middle CB no mater what and for /afl/ keep GAJ on the bench.

For /hpo/ - Sub off the LB, DMF and RMF
For /afl/ - Sub on GAJ, sub on the LB and the DMF
