  1. In the Officer Academy, I learned such a lot of things. Without it, I don't know where I would be now. It is one of the major steps in my life and OA changed me a lot.
  2. I started all of this with the OA application which isn't a success for the first time but I never gave up. I always had to face several problems but I never gave up because anything can change you.
  3. I did a lot of attempts to get in until my application got accepted. My first OA training surprised me because it was new for me. The Officer Academy taught me how to do faces better and even how to make Grammar Jacks and Hell Jacks better and faster. Also, I learned how to memorize the Officer Academy rules in a new way which aren't a big problem for me. This was only Phase I. when I had troubles in the First Order and after that, I realized offending someone isn't the best choice to do because it brings consequences. This was the first time when I got my first demotion from Captain Phasma in OA and I know Captain Phasma still remembers to it.It was on Christmas when I got my demerits. In OA I had to retake Phase I. again due to a bad word or a sentence which insulted someone who is a very important person in The First Order. This form of insulting is not acceptable in our Order. After I retook Phase I. I went into Phase II. where I did some extra work. It was combat and it is the next major step in OA.In Phase II. I learned how to fight better in combat and I got tips on how to act well in several combat situations. Actually Phase II. is the same as Phase I. but combat is in a major focus. After that Phase III. came which was a bigger task to do. It is not just Phase I. and Phase II. tasks because you are now the person who needs to co-host four OA training's while Cadets are present and waiting for your commands. In this training, I showed my leadership skills as I need to do it. It is not just a few assignments because you may need to be aware and you need to know what to do as a Co-Host. If any Cadet makes a mistake you must correct it or request the Cadet to correct it. I thank a lot to the Instructors because they helped me when I ever need them in my life. The Officer Academy inspired me to reform the FOSB training program which led to reform of the NCA system in FOSB. After our Agent Redeysniper left FOSB I got the Vice Commandant role to take in lead the NCA training program. The First Order Security Bureau gave me a very big responsibility to help the new FOSB Agents who are in the FOSB system. Thanks to OA now I can make FOSB a better division in the near future.
  4. We can thank a lot for our Instructors because without them the Order would be a straggling group.OA Instructors are the users who give knowledge to new OA Cadets and our Cadets might need it once in the future. Even the Instructors can be our idols because they are the smart guys in OA. They are just doing their job as how it needed to be.
  5. You need to know one more thing in your life when you start OA. Never give up your dreams because if you give up your dreams won't come true.
  6. Always believe in a better future because you don't know where life takes you. Officer Academy is the best choice that I ever chose in my life.
