  12. [09:18:45] <brotendo> Steps: Using two bowls, prep garlic by removing skins and cutting away rotten areas or corners. Finely chop or mince prepped garlic, moving it into the second bowl. Add olive oil and miso paste, mixing and mashing together with a fork for 1 minute. Add remaining ingredients and continue mashing for 1-2 minutes. Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Move finished mixture to a cup, slowly adding the boiling water. Blend paste into hot water using fork or spoon
