  14. Since this is the first time one of my sites has had interest from another company to post on my site, this is new to me.
  15. The site metrics DA: 20+ PA: 30+ niche is games and technology
  16. What would be an acceptable cost for a post on my site?
  17.
  18. There are no hard set rules here. As links are kind of associations and up votes you can decide how much your word worth for you. If you link out to cheap sites your site will be associated with cheap sites that (in extreme cases) could hurt your ranking. So you are running some risks here. You decide how much does that risk worth to you then you may ask their budget and exactly why kind of post do they want.
  19. Link in an old post
  20. Brand new post.
  21. Unique post or it's just a syndicated article.
  22. If apply: ********, nofollow, product links?
  23. Do they expect visitors or just for building links?
  24.
  25. Email other sites in your niche if they are offering guest posts. Once they reply you with the price, you can decide the cost for your blog. Keep it a few bucks cheaper if your domain metrics are weaker than the websites in your niche.
  26. If you don’t send responsive emails that load well across all the devices including smartphones, tablets, androids etc you will have tough times in increasing your conversion rates.
  27.
  28. Make sure to pick those email newsletter templates that are well optimized for mobile devices. Trusted companies like GetResponse, AWeber can help you send well designed mobile responsive email templates to your audience.
  29.
  30. 2. Are they easy to use and customize?
  31.
  32. Lot of email templates that are free are NOT easy to optimize or customize however you want. It takes lots of time and coding skills to set up a great looking email template.
  33.
  34. Find out those email templates which are easy to customize and don’t require any coding skills to make them look beautiful.
  35.
  36. Make sure to find out the email templates you are going to use are not only free but also responsive. They should load across all the devices including smartphones, tablets, PC’s etc. Otherwise, it doesn’t matter how many email subscribers you have, most people don’t see your emails if the templates are not responsive.
  37.
  38. 3. Are they created by professional email marketing sites?
  39.
  40. You shouldn’t consider using email templates from anonymous people. Who knows? They might injected bad coding into them or trying to get backlinks without your notice.
  41.
  42. Always make sure to pick the email templates from trusted sources like GetResponse, Litmus, Template Target etc. They are in the business for a long time and they don’t consider doing bad practices while providing freebies.
