Cymbeline the king of Britain had two sons and one daughter, Imogen. The two sons get stolen and so Imogen remains the only daughter of the king of Britain.

Cybeline got married to a wicked woman and that woman had a son, Cloten, who was as wicked as his mother.

Imogen and a poor man, Leonatus are deeply in love.
The queen wants Imogen to marry Cloten so he can become the king.

Imogen secretly marries Leonatus. Iachimo, a friend of Leonatus, makes up a rumor that Imogen had an affair with him and so Leonatus gets angry and sends his servant to kill Imogen.

The servant supports Imogen and tells her to runway. Imogen goes to wales, dressed as a man, where she coincidentally ends up working with her lost brothers.

The Queen sends a man to poison Imogen but the man instead changes it to a deep sleep poison. Imogen is asleep but seems dead to the two brothers.

Cloten had Leonatus's clothes on when traveled to wales where the two brothers killed him and cut his head off.

The two brother's thought that their new job partner was dead and so they left Imogen unburied. Imogen wakes up to a headless body which seemed like it was Leonatus's because of his clothes.

Leonatus finally learns the truth and is verry gulity.
Imogen and Leonatus get back together.

The Queen is about to die and confesses to King Cybeline that she was very wicked and tried to ruin his life.

King Cybeline accepted the realation between Leonatus and Imogen and they all lived happily ever after.
