⊹˚₊· BACKGROUND : Jooyeon has a significantly better relationship with her little brother and father because they support the career she's chosen to pursue. Ever since she expressed the dreams she dreamt of when she was little, she was raised with her mom's constant opposition and her mom's want of her becoming a doctor instead. Often times Jooyeon will avoid the topic of her mom and only talk about her dad and or little brother. Jooyeon's protectiveness and persistency comes from the death of her best friend back in elementary, who killed herself due to bullying. These two things are the biggest motives as to why Jooyeon is who she is now.

-STUBBORN: Jooyeon altering her opinion or choice upon the words of someone else is rarer than February 30th. Being stubborn was practically Jooyeon's trademark- no matter how persuading or convincing you were, backing down from what Jooyeon's chosen was something that rarely ever happened. Arguments and debates are her favourite, and with the strong beliefs and opinions that she holds, being proven wrong was not something that happened often. Jooyeon's stubbornness often leads her into fights as well as never backing up when it's the right time to, which is why she leaves such a frightening impression among students who don't know her personally. Thou being so stubborn has led Jooyeon to ending a lot of unfortunately controlling friendships, she feels nothing but pride in her own stubbornness and is not afraid to express it.

-PERSISTENT: Along with Jooyeon's stubbornness comes her persistency. Jooyeon has a bad tendency of dwelling on things for really long periods of time, and this applies to both letting go and holding grudges. No matter the opposition or the noise of everyone's voices telling her to let it go or to stop holding a grudge, she remains persistent. She can't differentiate between forgetting and letting go, which is why she can't let go of things no matter how hard she tries (IE. her best friend's death). This influences her ability to hold a grudge as she dwells especially on her losses- this includes competition, and not only misfortunes. Even if it's just something as small as losing a race, she'd still hold a grudge. Meaning depending on how much the injury has taken a toll on her life, the longer the grudge'll last.

-COMPETITIVE: Jooyeon loves winning more than anything in the world. Along with her stubbornness and the satisfaction of winning a debate, Jooyeon loves winning games. There's no yoloing or heading into a battle unprepared in Jooyeon's world- from Overwatch to a school wide debate, she's ready to do it all and with only one intent in mind- Win. When it comes to anything that Jooyeon is remotely serious about, she's ready to give it her all. Depending on who's she going against and what she's up for, she has two levels of competitiveness- competitive, and win only. It doesn't matter if a bar of Snickers is on the line she'll play her ass off in a game of rock paper scissors to win it. Jooyeon hates especially lazy people who go up into a competition without preparation or some sort of determination, which is why she often likes going solo and working towards things on her own.

-INTIMIDATING: At first glance, most people wouldn't dare approach her. Walking by the 'Top Dog' meant feeling her explicit energy and the radiation of fear. Jooyeon has a very strict image drilled into the student body's mind, and it is the image of the scary, competitive girl that makes them so intimidated by her. Not only that, but Jooyeon's crazy gorgeous but also has a very straight, resting face. She'd be lying if she were to say she didn't like the fact that people were intimidated by her, she kinda likes the fact that some people fear her- but it's only because she wants to come off as strong and cool.

-CARING: Jooyeon comes off as a heartless person due to her headstrong impression and honest exterior. However, she cares fiercely for her friends and especially those she considers close. She's caring but she never shows it, or looks like it because she doesn't know how to go with comforting people or showing that she cares. So she resorts to simply saying the opposite of what she does. She scolds a friend before helping them to the nurse, or scoffs before throwing them an extra jacket- everyone expresses love and caring differently, and Jooyeon does it by brushing her actions off with her words. In order to avoid being confronted for her ironic ways, she always makes it seem as if she hates caring for them. However, her close ones know that beneath those words is just simply the want for her loved ones to be happy.

-HONEST: Speaking her mind and spilling the honest truth was never a hard thing for Jooyeon. Jooyeon believes that being honest is always better than concealing things that are less pleasant, thus leading her to always speaking her mind and not being afraid to say what she wanted. Whether it was smaller things such as whether the dress was pretty or not, or pointing out a friend's slightly flawed decision, her thoughts would unravel without a moment of hesitation. Jooyeon's honesty is both a good and bad thing, as she frequently ends up unintentionally hurting people by blurting things out to her mind's desire.

-WITTY: With her honesty comes her wittiness. Her most humorous statements that ensure laughter are usually just blurbs of her brain, and brutally honest but funny statements about her friends- which means her roasts. Because Jooyeon comes off as a wholly serious person whatever she says usually comes off as funny. She's not the type to make pig nostrils to make people laugh, but simply speak what came into mind and get people wheezing. Oh- and her disses? They're the best. She'll never back down from a diss battle and she always comes up with the stupidest yet most epic stuff.

-MARVEL: She loves Marvel. Period. Ask her anything about Marvel and if she doesn't sauce up an answer right away she's either drunk or really drowsy. Her favourite hero is Iron Man quickly followed by Rocket Raccoon.
-SEVENTEEN: If you haven't heard her say Aju Nice at least twice today, you're probably not very good friends with her.
-MUSIC: When she's not doing sports, she's probably listening to music- she listens to it in the car, to sleep, walking, in class when possible, anytime around people when it's not considered rude.
-SPORTS: Basketball and running are her two fortes, but she's also exceptionally good at swimming, skating, and high jump.
-THE OUTDOORS: She hates staying inside if it's not for studying or sleeping. Going exploring in obscure places or just wandering off into the woods is her favourite- anywhere but the dorms probably.
-SHOES: She's obsessed with shoes and can probably give the price of any shoe you name. Going shopping for shoes is her favourite, she has more shoes than clothes.
-DRIVING: Carpool or just driving alone in the night while Midnight City by M38 blasts in her car is probably her second most favourite thing in the world, next to puppies.

-BOXING/TAEKWONDO: As someone who loves anything physical / athletic she picked up on boxing and taekwondo, both for fun and for protection.
-PHOTOGRAPHY: Probably her most unexpected interest, people usually only see her doing sports but she also has an eye for photography and has an Instagram feed aesthetic as hell.

-FISH: just don't try to feed her it
-JUNK FOOD: Taking the athlete life to the next level, Jooyeon hates junk food and thinks it's disgusting. Probably why all she does is drink anywhere she goes.
-LOSING/FAILURE: self explanatory.. failure is her biggest fear
-MAKING A MESS: Doesn't seem like that the type to be a clean person but is relatively tidy and seeing a mess of a room or any place really just itches her eyes.
-ASSUMPTIONS: She believes you can't jump to any conclusions, ever. Her hatred for assumptions usually comes from the numerous assumptions made up about her.
-BEANS: She just has a really distinct dislike for beans.

⊹˚₊· FRIENDS : -MOONGLIGHT: As said Jooyeon hates assumptions and moonlight is the prime example of someone who's avoided because of mere assumptions- her resting bitch face means she's probably scary as hell. Because of people's constant avoidance of her, Jooyeon wanted to become friends with her. Jooyeon managed to break her shell and became best friends.
-BANGCHAN: They were paired for a project in elementary and had became great friends since then. Chan is one of the few people who tolerate Jooyeon and have stayed friends with her throughout the course of the years.
-AND SO LOVE IS: Her admiration of and so love is's protective personality led her to becoming friends with her and staying. She often finds herself pointing out the fact that and so love is never takes care of herself, and finds herself taking care of her a lot.
-SEUNGMIN: Probably Jooyeon's closest friend. They both know each other inside out, and have been best friends since they met in high school. Seungmin understands Jooyeon better than she understands herself, and despite their slightly contrasting personalities their chemistry is like no other.

⊹˚₊· HOW DID YOU MEET? : Felix was a track star, and so was Jooyeon. The first time they met was in the 400m relay at a track meet back in elementary. Jooyeon and Felix were both the last runners of their team, and it was during preparation that Felix had began spitting words of confidence at Jooyeon who quickly grew annoyed and more determined by the minute. Once the relay baton had met with the palm of Jooyeon, she was like Ulsan Bolt quickly scoring first and followed closely by the boy who boasted before her. She laughs under her breath among the congratulatories before catching Felix's glare, followed by a random elementary kid's excuse as to why a Girl ran faster than him.
Ever since those words, you guys had become mortal enemies, and not only on the track.

⊹˚₊· HER FIRST IMPRESSION : Jooyeon thought Felix was rather cute, with his freckles and big smile. That was until she was belittled by the boy as he spoke out of pride, predicting his own win only to be beat by her in the end. Okay, they were only 8 and perhaps sticking with the initial thoughts of an 8 year old was stupid but the impression just stuck throughout the years of competition and eventually going to the same college as him- They were only so little at the time, but she grew up hating Felix for being an arrogant, prideful, and rude kid- or so she thought.

⊹˚₊· HIS FIRST IMPRESSION : Listen, he's 8, and she's in pigtails and is hopping while preparing for a track race- he thought she was adorable, and maybe even had a little crush on her for a mere second. That was before he was overwhelmed by his own little immature mind and the overbearing want of winning bursted. He thought she was arrogant, and overconfident merely because she was a winner, alright. In the back of his mind, he wanted to be as fast as her- but he wouldn't say that out loud. Ever.

⊹˚₊· HOW YOU ACT AROUND EACH OTHER :
-BEG: If either one of them send another glare or mere glance at one or the other, fists are going to be caught. Instead of being friends since the age of 8, they were mortal enemies since the age of 8. Growing up with the same idea of hatred implanted into their minds did nothing but have spite manifest on the surface of their relationship, and oh it was obvious alright. Winding up within the same college was probably the last thing they'd expected after Felix had lost to Jooyeon once again at the seniors track meet. Glares were being sent all around, and immature insults and provoking was done every time they encountered one another which was very frequent to say the least. At this point in their relationship, hurting one another was all it was- they did nothing but despise each other.

-MID: After quite some time, one was bound to become tired of the endless insults, especially when the words of one was  especially hurtful. When Felix had mentioned the disappointment of Jooyeon's mom in her, she snapped, wondering why he hated her so much. Pouring out all her feelings and crying for the first time in years in front of her mortal enemy was probably not the best way to start things off, but little did they know that very outburst would become the turning point in their friendship. Once Felix had crossed the line, the immaturity of everything and the unnecessary spite between the two of them that had been going on for more than a decade had seeped into realization. Once Felix's apology is followed by a compromise, the insults and glares began to cease. For a while, it was just silence and the normal acknowledgement of mere classmates- until Felix began to initiate conversations. It was no longer rivalry, but conversations and the normal bickering of friends. Running was no longer a talk of competition and endless discouragement but a discussion of the beauty of the hobby and what it means to them.

-END: Running was once a source of hatred, but now it was the muse of their merged dreams. Felix and Jooyeon had became each other's anchors and transpiring partners. Their dreams were one, and because of the outburst that had changed their friendship Felix was the person who understood her pressures and revolt from her dreams better than anyone else had. He was there to convince her she was enough for her dreams when she wanted to give up, and she was there for him when he felt as if he couldn't get any faster. Now each other's inspirations to continue on the path of their dreams and one another's rock, they couldn't help but realize that they had fallen for each other. After all these years insulting each other- of what they thought was merely hatred, was a mechanism built to conceal the feelings that couldn't emerge due to their competitive spirits. The more Felix's heart rate had picked up as fast as it would when he ran when he was around you, the more he had began to realize you were what got his adrenaline pumping. The deep, midnight talks had become more frequent, and the tension rose without warning. Whenever she was on the brink of tears, Felix would feel the need to hold her face in his hands and tell her it was okay- and the more Jooyeon found herself staring at his lips, the more everything started to piece together. It wasn't until Jooyeon had fainted on the track that the two had finally come together.

She decides she'll give up running, until Felix comes along and drags her to the school's track, only to say that he won't stop running until she tells him she'll continue pursuing her dream of becoming a track runner. (He runs for quite a while, and at first she's yelling a bunch of insincere words of not giving up and until she finally says it for real and he collapses into her arms or something)
- Idk but like thinking about come over and and so love is as a duo is making me think something so maybe a scene where she takes care of her and they're just both crying in each other's arms about something stupid?
