- Drop the "potential" DRs -
This is scummy as hell and only causes people to quit when someone DRs into the unique they have potential for. If someone wants toads but they weren't a notable player? Tell them no. Don't jerk them around with "potential" only to have it given to someone else two weeks later. If you're going to do potential because something needs to be worked towards? Lock. The. Unique. It's that player's unique until they quit or start doing nothing. If that happens? Tell that player and offer them something new, or just warn them that they aren't doing enough for the unique beforehand.
