Hey Arpad, You came back and sort of made progress, but things have gone bad again

This guy "Impl" does not belong as a moderator, he is an abusive power hungry jerk that riducules people all day long for simple spelling mistakes and poor english.
He must be a racist. He can not handle the authority of @ status, and abuses people all day long attacking people who type words wrong then bans them so he gets a good laugh.. This channel is a joke whenever he is around, and he has no life and is always around. I do not think this guy even codes in #php anymore and perhaps is a @troll in disguise purposefully being a jerk because he is a failure.

If I am wrong and this is not the case then he needs serious psychiatrical help, because he is this much of a jackass. Always criticizing everyone i see come into the channel... All day long, all night... he must be constipated, he seems to look for an argument.

Please get him removed to restore the functionality of the channel..
