Have you ever been punished or banned on NemeGaming? If yes, What are the reasons and why should this not affect your chances of becoming staff on NemeGaming?
Yes, I was banned twice falsely which both were resolved.
The first ban was for "Ban Evading". After appealing the staff member that responded stated "Not too sure why your account was banned, I am genuinely sorry for the inconvenience. Enjoy the server :)"

The second ban was June 15th, for "Hacking". This was also a false ban which I got resolved very quickly within the hour.

I have two mutes.
The first mute was rule 2c which is general toxicity.
The second was rule 2a which was spamming.
I believe I have learned from my mistakes and matured since the two mutes were issued.
Is there anything you would change or add onto the NemeGaming network?
No, I love the network how it is and I don't really see the need for many changes at the moment. The only thing I could see that is needed would be more players, but that's it.

How many staff applications have you made on NemeGaming prior and why do you believe this one should be accepted?
I have made one prior to this and I believe I should be accepted because I am hardworking and dedicated. I believe that I provided a lot of detail in my application, that makes me stand out from other applicants and it shows that I am striving and have the effort for this role.
Tell us about any previous staffing roles on other networks, and why should this experience help you as staff on NemeGaming?
I was once a lead admin on a Reddit UHC server that no longer exists anymore.
I was staff on a UHC Warmup server name Pyxcade for over a year. I went through the roles Helper, Moderator, and became an admin. I banned hackers frequently and kept chat clean. Pyxcade had a consistent player count of around 70.
Why are you the best candidate for Half-Mod?
I am the best candidate for Half-Mod because I am dedicated and driven to achieve this role. I believe that I belong on Neme Gaming's staff team because I can deliver my best and only my best as a Half-Mod.
I can guarantee that I will always try my hardest and never slack off when I am moderating chat or catching and banning a hacker. I hope that you can see my potential as a Staff member.
Some things that I believe will aid me on getting accepted is, I am very outgoing. I love to meet new people and talk to others. I believe that this is essential because if you are going to be staff you want to be social and not quiet.
I also am very productive, dedicated, and driven when given a task. I work my hardest to complete the task I am given and do not stop until it is completed.

Scenarios
You are the only staff member online with around 200 players. Questions are starting to become overwhelming, you’re currently trying to watch and record a hacker. Players want you on a variety of servers to help them out, some also just want general chit chat. Considering you’re watching a hacker who is ruining a number of players experiences, what would you do as a Half-Mod?
I would first look if any other staff members are online. If they are I would ask them to address the other players because I am currently recording a hacker.
I would then sort all of the tasks by importance. For instance, I would record and ban the hacker, then address questions that players may have.
A bug/glitch has been found by yourself which allows you to spawn in items or abuse the economy. You’ve noticed that a number of players have become quite rich recently and you have no idea who they are. What would you do in this instance?
I would tell a higher up staff about it and then ask if I should look into it if I am told I should. I will not be biased because I do not know them and try to look into how they became rich and if they used the bug, if they did I would punish them accordingly.
You’re either on MineChat or your recording software isn’t working, quite a few players are messaging you about a suspected hacker who is also quite well known in the community. After checking staff chat for assistance nobody seems to be online, what would you do?
I would ask players who are reporting, to please record the player and send it to me. I would then review the footage and punish them if they are hacking. It does not matter that they are well known a cheater is a cheater no matter who they are.
A large number of players have started to riot due to the ban of a well known member of the community. More and more players are coming online, jumping on the bandwagon and rioting. You do not have permission to mute chat, slow chat down, nor can you keep up with the screenshotting of spam to punish. What would you do as a half-mod?
I would check with other staff members and ask a higher up to come on and mute that chat. If there is no one, I would mute as many players as possible even though I can not keep up I would have to make an effort to stop the riot somehow. I would also ask continuously to please stop rioting or they will be punished.
